Over the past 18 months, Bull Motor Bodies has been closely working with Ford Australia, to ensure we comply with their Quality Vehicle Modifier (QVM) requirements.
Bull Motor Bodies are extremely proud to announce that we are now accredited to ‘’modify’’ Ford Rangers with our range of products and accessories.
What is Fords QVM Program?
Ford’s QVM is a globally recognised certification program for vehicle modifiers, which has now been introduced into Australia. QVM was created to ensure that Ford and approved QVM converters collaborate to continuously improve the quality of vehicle fit outs and conversions.
QVM accreditation is provided to modifiers who have gone through an extensive certification process, including assessment of quality and process controls, to ensure Fords high standards are consistently met with each build.
Every twelve months, the Ford QVM team assess the following to ensure accreditation is met:
– Product design and engineering
– Wiring quality and integration into Fords electrical systems
– Sales process, internal systems, capability of team etc
– QA procedures and vehicle weight compliance
– ADR compliance
– Insurances and warranty
The QVM program gives Bull Motor Bodies a stronger and closer working relationship with Ford and its national clients moving forward and we look forward to developing this further over the coming years.
